Tom is our new IT Support and Cloud Services Engineer, acting as frontline contact for our customers. With a genuine interest in connecting with people, learning about their roles and how IT supports them in their day-to-day work, he aims to create a friendly, stress-free environment for our clients while resolving their technical issues swiftly.
Before joining Innovate, Tom delivered IT support for schools, giving him a new appreciation for the role of technology in education. At Innovate, he’s gaining a fresh perspective on the power of cloud computing and the exciting possibilities it brings to modern IT.
Outside of creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, he’s passionate about tennis, pickleball, hunting for vintage clothing and supporting Liverpool.
