With a broad background in technology since 2015, Jonathan is one of our new IT Support and Cloud Services Engineers dealing with initial customer calls and incoming tickets. Since his first day, he’s already advocated and implemented improvements to processes focusing on security via integrating automated patching across all our customers’ and our own endpoint. He’s also been working closely with the senior team in deploying more platforms and services into Microsoft Azure.
Since joining Innovate, his technology skills and passion have been taken to the next level, and he’s continuing to learn with a growing love for the industry. Jonathan is already Microsoft AZ-900 and MS-900 certified and as a commitment to ongoing training, he’s currently working on his MS-102 and AZ-104 certifications.
Before making the move to a service desk role in 2021 to expand his knowledge and passion for technology and cloud computing, Jonathan worked in the games industry in quality assurance and project moderation.
Outside of work, he’s an avid gamer with a keen interest in Counter-Strike esports and plays bass guitar. With a true passion for technology, Jonathan also consults and builds gaming computers for friends, family and others.
