We're excited to share that Damian is making the move from our Helpdesk team to the Projects team, a well-deserved next step in his journey with the company.

Damian's motivation is straightforward: he wants to progress, expand his knowledge, and get more hands-on with technology. Having spent time on the Helpdesk, helping tackling end user problems daily, he brings a customer-first mindset that will be a real asset to his new role.

The Projects team handles both internal and external work, from onboarding new customers and implementing infrastructure updates to managing large-scale rollouts. Damian is looking forward to learning new technologies, developing his skills, and being part of positive change for our customers. It's a great fit.

As for the Helpdesk, we're actively reviewing resourcing to ensure the team remains well-supported and no gap goes unaddressed. If you have any questions about Helpdesk support in the interim, please reach out to the team lead directly.
