Our newcomer Rebecca is strengthening our service team as an IT Support and Cloud Services Engineer, efficiently analysing and troubleshooting issues as well as solving any problems clients are facing. She helps to ensure our service and systems are maintained and kept in line with the latest innovative solutions. With a bachelor’s degree in computer networks and a master’s degree in disaster management, she’s perfectly equipped to solve even more complex support cases.
Outside of championing customer service, she’s into miniature paining, playing tennis and following the latest tennis circuit matches and news. Rebecca is also passionate about books and movies - meaning her 1-year-old Maine Coon cat has plenty of time to enjoy a snooze on her lap.
